Monodome is a facilitator, not a carrier, warehouse owner, or insurer, except where explicitly stated.
Monodome may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance.
Users indemnify Monodome against losses, claims, or damages caused by their actions or omissions.
Insurance is optional. Claims are governed by insurer terms (https://monodome.co/insurance-terms).
Monodome charges variable Service Fees for each transaction facilitated through its platform. These fees are dynamic and may vary based on factors such as location, demand, service category, or promotional conditions. The Service Fees contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the platform, operational support, and staff compensation. Service Fee details are displayed to users on the transaction receipt upon completion of each delivery.
Monodome may modify its Service Fees or commission rates at any time. Such changes will take effect twenty-four (24) hours after notification via email, dashboard notice, or in-app message. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
All Drivers, Driver Managers, Load Managers, and Logistics Companies act as independent contractors. No employment, partnership, or joint venture is created by these Terms.
Driver Managers are freelancers who manage and assign loads to drivers under their network. They must vet drivers for authenticity, ensure drivers hold valid documentation, assign loads fairly, provide communication between shippers and drivers, and promptly report incidents.
Users are required to provide accurate information, maintain valid identification, and comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations. A portion of Monodome's Service Fees is allocated to Driver Managers as compensation for their role in facilitating and coordinating successful deliveries. This compensation may change from package to package due to various business, economic and location factors. Monodome reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance with its policies or applicable laws.
Driver Managers recruit, vet, and manage drivers under the Monodome ecosystem. They ensure drivers are compliant, communicate with shippers, and resolve operational disputes. Driver Managers are independent contractors, not Monodome employees.
Driver Managers earn a Network Commission for each successful delivery completed by their assigned drivers. Commissions are variable, determined by performance, volume, and service category, and displayed in the dashboard. Changes take effect twenty-four (24) hours after notification.
Monodome pays Driver Managers weekly through the MonoWallet system after reconciling all completed deliveries and applicable deductions.
Driver Managers must ensure all drivers maintain valid licenses, proper conduct, and accurate delivery reporting. Fraud, negligence, or policy violations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
Monodome processes Driver Manager data under NDPR guidelines. Data is used solely for verification, compliance, and operational analytics.
This Addendum terminates automatically upon account suspension or resignation. Disputes are handled under Lagos arbitration as per Monodome's main Terms.

By continuing to use the Monodome Platform, each participant acknowledges and accepts these updated terms, including the variable Service Fee framework and associated operational clauses.
Monodome charges a variable Service Fee for every completed transaction facilitated on its platform. The Service Fee is dynamically determined based on service category, location, demand, and operational conditions. All Service Fees are displayed in the driver's or partner's revenue report immediately following each successful delivery. Any change in the Service Fee shall take effect twenty-four (24) hours after notification via the Monodome app, dashboard, or email. Continued platform use constitutes acceptance of the new Service Fee.
Payments are processed through the MonoWallet system. Monodome deducts applicable Service Fees, taxes, and insurance premiums before crediting net earnings to the partner's MonoWallet. Monodome may hold disbursements pending dispute resolution, fraud review, or verification of completed deliveries.
All Drivers, Driver Managers, and Fleet Partners operate as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, or legal representatives of Monodome. Each partner bears responsibility for tax obligations, insurance, and compliance with Nigerian transport regulations. This structure ensures operational independence while maintaining ecosystem accountability.
For each completed transaction, Monodome generates a Trip Summary and Weekly Earnings Statement containing: Total Fare, Monodome Service Fee, Taxes, Insurance, and Net Earnings. Partners must review these reports and dispute any discrepancy within seven (7) business days.
Service Fees and commission parameters may be revised periodically. Monodome will issue notifications at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. The revised fees automatically apply to all future transactions after the notice period elapses.
Monodome processes partner data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and its Privacy Policy. All financial and personal data are securely stored, and partners consent to the use of transaction and performance data for compliance, analytics, and service optimization purposes.

If the issue remains unresolved within fifteen (15) business days, it shall proceed to mediation under the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse Framework or any equivalent alternative dispute resolution body designated by Monodome, depending on the user's location. Should mediation fail, the matter shall advance to binding arbitration conducted under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria. The seat of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria, or another venue reasonably determined by Monodome, taking into account the user's jurisdiction and convenience. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on all parties.
Monodome reserves the right to update this Agreement to reflect operational, regulatory, or market changes. All revisions will be communicated via official digital channels, with effect twenty-four (24) hours post-notification.
